PBS Arts Fall Festival Kick Off with Hamilton's America

Monday, October 17 from 7pm to 9pm at the Little Theatre (240 East Avenue), is free and open to the public.

WXXI presents a sneak peek at "Hamilton's America" and other PBS Fall Festival programming coming to WXXI-TV this fall.

Join WXXI for its PBS Fall Festival Screening Event, featuring specially selected clips from the Great Performances documentary film, Hamilton's America, and other art programs in the PBS Fall Festival line-up It will be followed by a panel discussion moderated by Robert Hammond, host of Stage Notes on Classical 91.5.

Hamilton's America follows the creation of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s pop culture Broadway phenomenon Hamilton and the history behind it. Interviews with Presidents Barack Obama and George W. Bush, Nas, Questlove, Stephen Sondheim and more. At the PBS Fall Festival Screening Event you'll have a chance to see specially selected clips from the film. The full broadcast of Hamilton's America premieres on Friday, October 21 at 9 p.m. on WXXI-TV.
